D’Hondt Thermal Solutions has been awarded by Technip Energies, the design and manufacturing of complete modularized Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers for ExxonMobil’s LaBarge carbon capture and storage project located in the Shute Creek gas-treating facility in Wyoming, USA.
D’Hondt Thermal solutions will supply the required air coolers (12 bays, most with recirculation chamber) for the expansion of the existing facility. This expansion will consist of a modification of the existing gas treatment facility to increase the carbon capture capacity by 1.2 million metric tons of CO2 per year.
Engineering and Project Management will be handled in France, while bundles and modules will be manufactured and assembled in our Korean factory before being shipped to the USA.
Thank you to all members of the French and Korean teams to make it happen.
